Skilled therapeutic massage bringing body, emotions, and Spirit together as one.
How I found bodywork or maybe it found me…?
Bodywork is the newest addition to my offerings but it isn't just bodywork. It's soul and body…work. Let me explain.
The short version is this: throughout my shamanic training, and in various journeys and ceremonies, I kept seeing my hands. Very clearly. The message and visions got louder and louder, until one day I thought: okay, let's do it!
I was encouraged in this by my nearest and dearest - all of them said some version of the same thing: "It makes so much sense, it's your thing." So I listened to life, to the people who love me, and to myself. And I enrolled in a properly official massage therapy diploma here in London.
I've just qualified. The training was intense - anatomy and physiology, numerous case studies, business planning, and a deep exploration of complementary therapies - and I learned a huge amount, fast. My deepest gratitude goes to the generous, courageous souls who trusted me with their bodies while I was learning (and who got a free massage or two out of the deal).
It felt, in a strange way, less like learning something new and more like my hands remembering something old. A craft that has run in my family for generations, but which had never quite had an outlet to be expressed - until now.
A new way to work with me
For over a decade, people have come to me to talk, to journey, to be witnessed - to work with what sits beneath the surface of a life. Now, there is a new way to arrive in that same space, and it begins simply, on a massage couch, with skilled hands.
I trained as a therapist because I wanted a way to work with the body directly, not only around it. This bodywork practice is the result: fully qualified, clinically grounded massage, offered by the same person who wrote “You Are Loved - Essential spirit guides & guardians”, who apprenticed for three years in the Andes, who underwent a three-year shamanic training, who learned and received mentoring from elders from various indigenous lineages, and who has spent over 13 years learning how to hold space for people properly. Nothing about the depth of what I offer has changed. I have simply added a pair of trained hands to it.
The mission behind the work
To hold a sacred space where the body remembers how to heal through skilled therapeutic touch, energetic wisdom and genuine human care.
When someone is genuinely held - when the room is right, the touch is skilled, and the space feels completely safe - something shifts. The body stops bracing for survival and the nervous system unclenches. That isn't something I do to a person - it's something I help create the conditions for. My work is to get out of the way and let the intelligence of the body do what it already knows how to do.
That energetic thread has always been part of how I work, long before I had a “clinical” vocabulary for it - in how I listen, and in how I read what I find under my hands, whether or not we ever speak about it directly. I don't lead with it; I let the work speak for itself.
What a session involves
Every session begins before you arrive. You'll fill in a short, confidential intake form covering your health history and what you're hoping to receive - nothing clinical-feeling, just enough for me to meet you properly and safely.
When you arrive, we'll talk for a few minutes first. This is not an interrogation but a real conversation about how you are and what you need today. That's already part of the treatment. During the massage, I check in on comfort and pressure at natural intervals, enough to stay responsive without breaking the stillness of the room. Afterwards, there's no rush back out into the world - a glass of water, a moment to return, time to actually feel the effects of what just happened in your body.
I'll follow up with you personally within a day with just a quick “how are you feeling?” to make sure you’re integrating the treatment well.
The Eir Ritual - a signature session
My 2-hour integrative session carries its own name: The Eir Ritual, after Eir, the Norse goddess of healing.
Eir isn't a tidy, one-dimensional goddess of massage. In the old sources, she sits at a boundary between healing and the battlefield, between goddess and valkyrie, between the clinical (she's named the finest physician among the gods) and the protective, spiritual (a guardian spirit watching over those who come seeking to be healed, at a place called, simply, the hill of healing). She refuses to be only one thing.
That boundary is exactly where I work, too. Clinically trained, energetically attuned - never fully one or the other alone. The Eir Ritual is built for whoever needs to be met at both levels at once: full-body bodywork, energy mapping, and shamanic awareness, woven into a single 100 minutes.

Where we meet
My Hampstead home studio (NW3) is, as the name suggests, in my own home, which is then given over entirely to this work with warm light, natural materials, soothing sounds, a cocoon like space to give you the pause your whole being needs. This is where most sessions happen. NB this venue is for existing clients only and one connection removed.
For new clients, I will be offering sessions at a treatment centre in NW3 (venue TBC). I am also looking at wellness centres in SW7 and W11.
Your own home. For clients I already know, or one connection removed, I bring a full professional set-up to you - ideal if travel is difficult, or you simply want the treatment in your own space.
What clients have said
"It felt like I'd arrived in Heaven." Fabrizio M, Dog trainer
"Honestly, the quality was up there with a five-star hotel spa." Julie I, Breathwork practitioner & Pilates instructor
"It feels like you've been doing this your whole life." Malvina MC, Executive coach
What I hear most, underneath the specific words, is that people feel genuinely cared for as themselves - not as a body on a schedule. That's the whole point. This space is for you and your individual needs.
Part of one practice, not a separate one
Bodywork sits alongside everything else I do, not apart from it. If you've read my book: “You Are Loved”, worked with me on an awakening mentorship, or joined one of the retreats I co-facilitate, you already know the way I work. Massage is simply a new doorway into the same room. Equally, if bodywork is what brings you to me first, you may find yourself curious, over time, about the wider practice - the shamanic tradition it draws from, the guided journeys, the retreats and beyond.
There's no obligation either way. Come for the massage. Stay for whatever else calls you.
Gift vouchers make a considered present for someone who needs to be properly looked after - available as a physical card or a digital voucher, any denomination, any occasion.
